Summary of Service
Part of the protocol for the Maintenance Support Service provided by the Corporate Maintenance Team in relationship to County Council Premises providing Technical and back up support to clients to whom we have a responsibility.
Details of Service
All maintenance related issues should be directed through the Environmental Services Maintenance Support Team on 0845 602 4149.
This helps to ensure that appropriate Surveyor/Engineer or contractors are advised of the action required. Any required emergency procedures can be investigated without delay.
The Support Service is, as far as is reasonable practical, available at all times.
Support Staff which are based at County Hall, are available in the Office Monday to Friday between 08.30 and 16.30. A "pager service" operates at other times, which enables the "on call" engineer/surveyor to be contacted in the case of an emergency.
