The Arts Development Team is based at the Wiltshire and Swindon History Centre in Chippenham and also work from the Salisbury, Devizes and Trowbridge hub offices. As well as arts development for the county, the service is responsible for the Young Gallery at Salisbury Library.

Meril is responsible for supporting arts organisations and activities in the North and West of the county including the towns of Chippenham and Trowbridge. Meril manages the Community Arts Training course and is lead officer for Art and Design in the Public Realm. Meril manages the key funding relationships with the Arc Theatre in Trowbridge, the Pound Arts Centre in Corsham and the Wiltshire Music Centre in Bradford on Avon. The arts project grant scheme is a shared responsibility between the two Arts Development Officers.

Faye is responsible for supporting arts organisations and activities in the East and South of the county including the towns of Devizes and Marlborough. Faye manages the PAWS scheme, is lead officer for regular grants and works on a number of special projects. The arts project grant scheme is a shared responsibility between the two Arts Development Officers.

The Arts Service also work closely with the Wiltshire Youth Arts Partnership (WYAP)

Based within the Integrated Youth Service, WYAP's purpose is to stimulate and deliver high quality arts opportunities for 13-21 year olds in Wiltshire that are relevant to their needs and interests.
