The internet
- is a means to obtain valuable local, national and international sources of information.
The Library Service

The council
- cannot be held responsible for the content of the internet. The Library Service applies a filtering mechanism to control access to information on the internet. However, these cannot entirely prevent access to material of a sexually explicit, controversial or offensive nature.
