You can renew books yourself online. Once there, choose the 'Your Details' button. Type in your library card number (with no spaces) and your PIN*. If you don't yet have a PIN please ask in person at any Wiltshire library.
You can also renew your library books by phone 24 hours a day. The phone number is 0844 4142270 and you will need to have your library card number with you.
Reserve books and other items
You can reserve books and other items yourself online by using our library catalogue.Once there, choose the 'Your Details' button. Type in your library card number (with no spaces) and your PIN*. If you don't yet have a PIN please ask in person at any Wiltshire Library.
If you cannot find the book you would like to reserve on our catalogue please ask when you next visit your library, it may be possible to order it for you from another library service.
