Renew or reserve a library book online

The new renewals service is now live and available here. For more information about the site please look at the Guide for library users. If you have any questions about the new catalogue please email libraryenquiries@wiltshire.gov.uk.

You can renew books yourself online. Once there, choose the 'Your Details' button. Type in your library card number (with no spaces) and your PIN*. If you don't yet have a PIN please ask in person at any Wiltshire library.

You can also renew your library books by phone 24 hours a day. The phone number is 0844 4142270 and you will need to have your library card number with you.

Reserve books and other items

You can reserve books and other items yourself online by using our library catalogue.Once there, choose the 'Your Details' button. Type in your library card number (with no spaces) and your PIN*. If you don't yet have a PIN please ask in person at any Wiltshire Library.

If you cannot find the book you would like to reserve on our catalogue please ask when you next visit your library, it may be possible to order it for you from another library service.

*PIN - (Personal Identification Number):

As a member of the library you can obtain a unique four digit PIN, which will allow you to access your account details, place a reservation, check your loans and renew them online. If you don’t know your PIN, please visit your local library, taking your library card with you.
