You can renew books yourself online Just login with your library card number (with no spaces) and PIN*.
You can also renew your library books by phone 24 hours a day. The phone number is 0844 4142270 and you will need to have your library card number with you.
Reserve books and other items
You can reserve books and other items yourself online by using our library catalogue Once there, choose the 'Your Details' button. Type in your library card number (with no spaces) and your PIN*.
If you cannot find the book you would like to reserve on our catalogue please ask when you next visit your library, it may be possible to order it for you from another library service.

Where an item costs over £15 to source we will seek to recover cost above £15 in addition to above out of county charge, e.g. costs £16 to source, charge will be £3.70 plus £1. Customers will be contacted to advise them if this additional charge will be payable and to check they wish to proceed.
*PIN - (Personal Identification Number):
As a member of the library you can get a unique four digit PIN, which will allow you to access your account details, place a reservation, check your loans and renew them online. If you don’t know your PIN, please email us your library card number, postcode and date of birth so that we can reply with your PIN or visit your local library, taking your library card with you.Follow @wiltslibraries
