Customer notice

At the Implementation Executive Meeting held on 13th May 2009, Wiltshire Council passed the following:

• A resolution to adopt the provisions of Schedule 3 of The Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 Part II Control of Sex Establishments.
• A resolution to adopt a Statement of Principles under The Gambling Act 2005 (Licensing Authority Policy Statement)(England and Wales) Regulations 2006

The above are displayed on the website for information and will come into force on 29th June 2009.

The Statement of Licensing Policy has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 and the Department of Culture, Media and Sport Guidance issued under section.182 of the Act.

The Policy takes effect from 2 December 2009
