Non medicinal poisons licence
About this service
Before selling poisons that are listed in Part II of the Poisons Act businesses need to be entered onto the Council's list of approved persons.
Poisons may only be sold from premises named on the Council's list.
Please consult the Poisons Act 1972 or this department for a breakdown of poisons listed in Part ll.
Names will be removed from the Council's approved list on 30th April each year unless an application has been made to keep the name on that list.
