In 2012, the London Olympics, the Olympic Torch Relay and the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee provide a real opportunity for all of us to celebrate and bring together our local communities. We hope to reinvigorate our local economy, show thousands of visitors what we have and what we do so well in Wiltshire and further inspire our vibrant community spirit.

Wiltshire Council anticipates that all our communities in Wiltshire will make the most of the double celebration with events and parties across the county. A toolkit has been produced to provide guidance on how to hold a street party or community event, and how to participate in the Torch Relay.
