Issues tracking

It may not be possible to solve all the issues at once, there are some problems that may be an issue for some people and not for others and there are some problems that it may not be possible to solve at all.  However, it is important that people in the area know that their issues are being taken seriously, that they can have input into the discussions and that they are able to keep track of how things are progressing.
