The Travellers liaison service is primarily responsible for operating and managing Wiltshire's six residential Gypsy sites and one short-stay transit site.

The Travellers liaison service comprises five Traveller liaison officers (TLO) who, as well as managing the residential Gypsy (and transit) sites in their own area of Wiltshire, are also responsible for assisting the Unauthorised Camping Service in the undertaking of welfare enquiries from time to time.
