Customer notice

We offer a high quality pest control service. Officers will visit you and carry out a full assessment of your pest problem. Our fees include all materials needed to carry out the treatment required, we do not have hidden costs. We can also offer you free advice as part of your treatment to prevent further pest infestations

All officers will visit you wearing a Wiltshire Council uniform and carrying identification. Our officers are highly experienced and all have a BPCA/RSPH (Level 2) Certificate in Pest Control or the equivalent. If you would like a visit from a member of the pest control team, please contact us.

The Asian Hornet is a large wasp native to parts of eastern Asia. Because of its threat to honeybees and its other negative impacts the government is keen to prevent this pest becoming established in Great Britain.

Our service has been rated by our customers as either good or excellent in the following areas: 96% for overall service, 96% for response time and 99% for the manner of the attending officer.
