A discount is available for customers who receive the following means tested benefits (minimum charge £28).
- housing and council tax benefit
- income support
- pension credit guarantee
- Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) - income based
- Job Seekers Allowance - income based
We will need to see proof that you are in receipt of benefit for this discount to apply.
Please note that we cannot usually treat premises unless there is someone in attendance because we need to liaise with you to discuss safety issues etc. We do not normally treat pigeon infestations on private premises. Please see our information page for further advice.
