Officer Appointments Committee
Purpose
The Officers Appointments Committee has been in existence since November 2001. It reports directly to the County Council in relation to the appointment of the Head of Paid Service, and is also respopnsible for the appointment of Chief Officers, Deputy Chief Officers and Assistant Chief Officers, subject to Officer Employment Procedure rules.
This Committee follows the rules and procedures detailed within the County Council's Constitution.
Membership
The Chairman of the Officers Appointmnnts Committee is Mr John Thomson
The Vice Chairman of the Officers Appointments Committee is Miss Fleur De Rhe Philipe.
The Committee is comprised of 5 members (membership).
