Scrutiny Task Groups
The Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee has the power to establish small member working groups to undertake and report back on specific investigations assigned to them. The Task Groups differ from Committees and follow a detailed protocol. The Task Group members also decide upon how they wish to gather information and who they wish to invite to meetings to provide information and advice.
