About this service

Information on customer satisfaction obtained through surveys of users, the general public and inter authority comparisons.

The Council regularly undertakes research into customer and public satisfaction using a variety of methods including customer feedback reports, customer/user surveys, telephone surveys and complaint analysis. All results are held on our Intelligence Network database freely available by visiting the Wiltshire and Swindon Intelligence Network website.
