Making a complaint

Please tell us what you think about our website, we welcome your feedback.

You should in the first instance raise your concerns with the team providing the service. Especially if this is the first time you have contacted the council about the matter you wish to raise. It is often quicker to speak directly to the service team as they are often in the best position to provide accurate and specific information.

However, if this is not the first time you have had to contact the council or would like some further advice, please contact one of the Complaint Managers below.
