If you wish to make a complaint, see the making a complaint section for further details. Each department has a Complaints Manager who has responsibility for co-ordinating responses and providing advice and support.

Before making a complaint, you may wish to raise a report through the CLARENCE team.

CLARENCE (Customer Lighting And Roads ENquiry CEntre) is a service provided by Wiltshire Council which has been set up to allow you to quickly and easily report road and lighting defects and hazards.

If you have spotted a defect or fault on a Wiltshire road, right of way or cycle lane, then you can report it to the CLARENCE team.

To make a report you can:

Email CLARENCE or call freephone 0800 23 23 23.

You can also report a highway problem or any street care and cleaning problems online.

If the CLARENCE team is not the right place to raise your concerns, you can speak to a Complaints Manager for further advice.
