Prospective candidates must meet the qualifying criteria to stand as a candidate and complete and return nomination papers by the statutory deadline. All the information on the qualifying criteria and all the necessary forms to complete are included in the nomination packs.

Nomination packs for the above named area will be available from Thursday 26 January 2012 and can be obtained from the respective Parish/Town Clerks or from Wiltshire Electoral Services, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire SN15 1ER.

Candidates must return their nomination papers to Wiltshire Electoral Services, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire SN15 1ER during office hours Monday to Friday from Friday 27 January 2012 but no later than NOON on Friday 3 February 2012.

Postal, proxy and register to vote application forms must be completed in full with a hand written (not electronic) signature. They can be returned by post, fax or scanned as an image and attached to an email using our contact details to the top left of this page . Forms must be received by the statutory deadline stated above.

Unitary Council elections on 2 May 2013

Wiltshire has 98 Unitary Divisions. Each division has 1 seat. Therefore the elections will be returning 98 Unitary Councillors.
