Service Type: Small grants fund for older people
Lease of Life is a joint fund between Wiltshire County Council, Wiltshire and Swindon Activity and Sports Partnership (WASP) and Help the Aged. Grants of up to £300 are available for groups and organisations working with older people in Wiltshire.
You can apply for many things and all applications will be considered on their merits. However, the panel is particularly looking for applications that aim to get older people physically and socially active.
You will also need to demonstrate that the funding will directly benefit older people.
Any group or organisation working with older people can apply but you must have a constitution and a bank account. If you need help or advice with this please get in touch.
The funding panel, made up of local organisations and older Wiltshire residents, meet three times a year to review applications and decide how the funding should be allocated. Successful applicants will receive their cheque within 30 days of the panel meeting.

Any group can apply for a Lease of Life grant but you must demonstrate how older people will benefit.
