Cheques should be made payable to Wiltshire Council. Quote your reference number, and name and address on the back, or enclose your rent swipe card. You will be sent a receipt immediately. - Online
Using our secure online payments service. - In person at
the Housing Office
Using your rent swipe card, in the reception at 27-29 Milford Street between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday – please note that this service cannot accept cash payments.

The rent you pay covers the rent on the dwelling as well as any additional charges for heating, warden service, and so on.
Rent is calculated on a 50-week year. The other weeks are non-collectable - normally one at the beginning of the new financial year in April and one at Christmas.
It is your responsibility to pay the rent weekly in advance in accordance with your conditions of tenancy. If you have a joint tenancy, both parties are equally responsible.
