If you live in a council property we carry out the following repairs:
| Heat and hot water problems | We can help when you have no heating, no hot water, radiators that leak or do not heat up, leaking boilers, a damaged fire grate or surround. When you report a problem please tell us what type of system you have - gas, electric, oil or solid fuel. We do not repair gas meters. If you have a problem with a gas meter please contact your gas supplier for help. |
| Plumbing repairs | We repair dripping taps; running overflows; leaks under sinks, basins or baths; blockages; leaking water tanks or cylinders; toilets that are not flushing; broken toilet seats. |
| Carpentry repairs | We repair damaged or faulty internal or external doors, skirting boards, kitchen units, floorboards, bannisters, handrails, stair treads, locks and broken windows. |
| Electrical problems | We can help with sockets, switches, light pendants, wired-in smoke alarms and your fuseboard. We do not repair electrical meters. If you have a problem with your meter please contact your electrical supplier. |
| External repairs | We repair leaking roofs and problems with fascias, gutters and paths leading to a front or back door. |
| Garages | If your garage is not integral to your house please give us the road name and number of the garage that you rent from us. |
| Communal areas and lighting | We maintain amenity areas and communal lighting in blocks of flats and maisonettes owned by the council. |
