Details of Service

The County Council regularly undertakes research into customer and public satisfaction using a variety of methods including customer feedback reports, customer/user surveys, telephone surveys and complaint analysis. All results are held on the County Councils Intelligence Network database freely available through the County Council's website. (see 'related links')
