Targets
The Learning Disability Partnership Board have set some targets to help make Valuing People happen.
The Task Groups need to meet these targets:
100 more people will have a Direct Payment or Individual Budget.
200 people will have a health action plan.
35 people will be supported to move from residential care.
50 more people will be supported into paid jobs.
100 health staff will be trained to support people with learning disabilities.
