Examples of bullying
- Name calling or teasing
- Verbal abuse
- Pushing, pulling or shoving someone
- Threats and intimidation
- Hitting, kicking or attacking someone
- Taking possessions and throwing them around or damaging them
- Forcing someone to hand over money or possessions (extortion)
- Spreading rumours about someone
- Ignoring or excluding someone
- Persuading others to ignore or exclude someone
- Sending malicious emails or text messages
- Making malicious phone calls
- Written insults and graffiti about someone
