Community Area Property Information Packs
These packs, one for each of the twenty community areas within the county, have been produced by the Strategic Property Services Section of Environmental Services. The aim is to inform Members, officers, and the wider public, of the properties owned and/or occupied by the Council within each area.
Covering a wide spectrum, the properties range from Schools, through social care establishments such as Elderly Persons’ Homes and Day Centres, to highways depots and the County Farms Estate.
Each pack also lists any current projects which are being undertaken in the area and who to contact within the Section should there be any queries on property related issues.
