Saved Policies - Minerals Local Plan
The policies of the Wiltshire & Swindon Minerals Local Plan were due to lapse on 27 September 2007, but the Secretary of State has directed that some of the policies can be saved until such time as they are superseded by new policies within the County Council's emerging Minerals and Waste Development Framework. A copy of the Secretary of State's direction is available:
