The Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004

This statement has been prepared in accordance with Regulation 24 (4) and Regulation 36 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004 and gives notice that Wiltshire County Council’s Statement of Community Involvement was formally adopted on 11 July 2006.

Copies of the adopted Statement of Community Involvement and the accompanying Inspector’s Report are available for downloading and inspection, free of charge on the County Council’s website:www.wiltshire.gov.uk/planning and at the following locations:

  • Wiltshire County Council, County Hall, Trowbridge, BA14 8JD, Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm;
  • All Principle District Council Offices in Wiltshire; and
  • All libraries in Wiltshire

Any person who feels aggrieved by the decision of the County Council to adopt its Statement of Community Involvement may apply to the High Court for permission to apply for judicial review of the decision to adopt the statement. Any such application must be made promptly and in any event not later than 3 months after the day on which the statement was adopted.
