Consultation on waste site allocations issues and options document

Wiltshire County Council and Swindon Borough Council have jointly published a waste Sites Allocations Report for a period of public consultation. This report sets out a wide range of issues associated with planning for the provision of sites for the management of our waste and also proposes sites within the County and the Borough.

This document identifies the key issues being addressed and the options that the authorities have identified as being key to providing a solution to those issues and sites.

The consultation document is available from County Hall, the Borough Council offices, the District council offices and all libraries in Wiltshire and Swindon. They can also be downloaded below or copies can be made available by telephoning 01225 713429 (waste planning documents). Consultation on these Issues and Options ran between Monday 3rd April 2006 until noon Tuesday 30th May 2006. All comments received will be acknowledged and will help officers in the preparation of draft  waste planning documents to be published next year. If you have any queries, please contact us.
