Development briefs

The Local Plans produced by the former District Councils make a number of land allocations for housing and employment use. Most of the allocations require that a development brief is prepared to provide a greater amount of detail about the proposals that will be permitted on each site.

All of the available development briefs are listed below and the majority can be downloaded from this page. To obtain a hard copy of the other development briefs, please contact the Spatial Planning Team using the contact details at the bottom of the page.
