Please note that we usually cannot treat premises unless there is someone in attendance, as we normally need to liaise with you to discuss safety issues etc.
Charges for pest control services
The charges in the list below are for services carried out in premises in the north, east and west of Wiltshire. Services carried out in premises in Salisbury and south Wiltshire are currently priced differently. For pest control charges in south Wiltshire please see the lower list.
All prices include materials and VAT. A discount of 50% is available for customers who recieve means tested benefits.
Domestic charges
- Rats and mice - £50
- Wasps - £50 (additional nests treated at the same time are charged at £10 per additional nest. There is no discount on the price for treating additional nests for customers who recieve means tested benefits.)
- Fleas - £65 per hour
- Other insects - £65 per hour
- Squirrels - £65
- Pigeons - we do not normally treat pigeon infestations on private premises. Please see our information page for further advice
- Advisory visits - £25
Commercial charges
- Commercial pest control services - £80 per hour including VAT

- Domestic Rats - No Charge
- Domestic Mice - No Charge
- Domestic Wasps (per nest) - £35.30 per nest inc. VAT
- Domestic Fleas/Cockroaches/Cluster Flies - £49.40 inc. VAT
- Commercial Rats & Mice - £48.00 per hour inc. VAT
- Commercial Wasps - £46.55 per nest inc. VAT
- Commercial Fleas & Other Insects - £59.25 per hour inc. VAT
- No Nest Fee (Domestic & Commercial) - £14.15 inc. VAT
- Multiple Nest Fee in same visit (Domestic & Commercial) - £14.15 inc VAT
Customers who hold a Wisecard recieve a 65% discount.
