Community information for carers poster

New Website for Carers

A new website for Carers from Wiltshire County Council and Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership is now available.

The website ‘Community Information for Carers’ provides carers of older people with mental ill health, with quick and easy access to information and support.

Key features of the website include:

• Information about carers’ support groups and  mental health services in Wiltshire
• Specific sections that provide carers with information about many issues e.g. employment, welfare benefits and financial information
• Information about services that help to improve the health and well-being of carers
• Quick access to fact sheets and information that can be printed
