The Public Guardianship Office (PGO)

The Public Guardianship Office (PGO) is the administrative arm of the Court of Protection and part of the Department for Constitutional Affairs. They are responsible for providing services which promote the financial and social well being of people with mental incapacity. They do this by helping and advising the families and advisers of the person who is incapable, especially when they need to apply to the Court of Protection to protect the interests of the client or if they are managing the incapacitated person's financial affairs.

For more information visit the Public Guardianship Office (PGO) website.
