Community day centres and lunch clubs

Please tell us what you think about our website, we welcome your feedback.

About this service

We fund a number of community day centres and lunch clubs that operate throughout the county.

The majority of these are run by small, local charities that employ paid staff to organise the club or centre. The clubs and centres usually operate one day a week and, in addition to a meal, offer a variety of activities. Each one is different depending on the wishes of the people who attend.

Further information and details of how to contact clubs and centres in your area can be obtained from Age Concern Wiltshire and Age Concern Salisbury. These organisations are funded by us to provide support and advice to all the clubs in Wiltshire.

Payment

There is a small charge is for attendance, transport and meals.

Eligibility

People over 65 years.
