Carers’ Voice is a project run by Wiltshire Council.
The aim of Carers’ Voice is to enable a representative group of carers to share their views, experiences and perceptions of the services and issues which affect them, in order for organisations to improve their services for the benefit of all carers.
Questionnaires are sent to carers who participate in carers voice twice a year asking a range of questions, which in the past have covered topics such as libraries, GP services and breaks from caring. Carers can become involved in the scheme by registering their details they will then be sent questionnaires and updates on how the information gathered in previous surveys has changed and influenced services for the better.
