If you are registered on The Key, Wiltshire’s Disabled Children’s Information database, or you hold a Carers Emergency Card you are eligible to receive the Wiltshire Passport card.

The Wiltshire Passport will enable you to receive small discounts or additional services from businesses and organisations that are signed up to the scheme as listed
