Summary of Service
Hospices provide care specifically for terminally ill people and give support to their carers both in the hospice and at home.
Wiltshire County Council does not provide hospice care. However, there are a number of hospices based in Wiltshire which provide support to terminally ill adults and their families. Admission is arranged through your doctor or hospital consultant.
