If you are interested in finding out more about your house, why not have a go at carrying out a survey yourself?
We have put together two online guides - exterior and interior - showing what sort of things to look for in your property. But before you get started, here is a list of items which may come in useful:
- Pen
- Coloured felt-tipped pens
- Notebook
- Tape measure
- Torch
- Camera
- Pair of binoculars (if possible)
