Summary of Service
Membership of Wiltshire's library service is free for all those living or working in Wiltshire. The Wiltshire library card is valid at any Wiltshire library and mobile libraries too.
Needs
Proof of address (allowance book, bank / building society statement, driving licence or official bill / invoice) containing your name and current address.
If you are housebound please contact your local library who will make arrangements for you to become a member, and can tell you about our home service.
Visitors to Wiltshire with a library ticket from their home area can become temporary members free of charge on presentation of proof of address. For visitors without a home library card a deposit is payable for each item borrowed.
