
There is a great range of exercise opportunities available at Pewsey Sports Centre, whether you are young or old, looking to burn calories or aiming to strengthen and tone. At the centre, we differentiate between classes and courses:
For classes, you can just turn up on the day and take part.
Courses must be booked and paid for in advance and in most instances, last for 10 weeks.

Currently, we offer:
Aqua Fit (deep / shallow) - A low impact, non weight-bearing exercise session in the water using resistance in the form of flotation aids
Circuits - The ultimate cross-training session using aerobic and static exercises to enhance strength, toning, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness
Legs, Bums & Tums - A traditional aerobics class that burns calories and tones those all-important areas!
Abdominal Blast - A 30 minute class that concentrates on toning the stomach. Go to the gym or have a run and finish off with this class to give you great abs.
