Leisure services update - June 2020

Dear member

As we're sure you're aware Government confirmed on 23 June that leisure centres, indoor fitness facilities and swimming pools are not able to open yet.

We are in the process of working on a plan to reintroduce some leisure facilities once this restriction is lifted.

Direct debit memberships

As such all direct debit memberships will continue to be frozen in July and no payment will be taken on 5 July. This applies to all Life Zone, Fitness Zone, Active Health, Swim Zone members as well as everyone on our Aqualetes  swimming lesson programme and gymnastics lessons.

Annual memberships

All Life Zone, Fitness Zone, Swim Zone and leisure card memberships will be extended by the duration of the closure period to ensure that no time is lost on your membership once we re-open.

As soon as we have further information and guidance from the Government we will provide another update.

In the meantime, please take advantage of our free online group exercise class programme which is currently available from our website, and is open to members and non-members.

Other online resources to keep you active and occupied can be found here

Many thanks
