Functional Threshold Power Test (FTPT)

Spinners and cyclists - stop guessing. Train smarter by using power.

We want you to get the absolute most out of your training on the Keiser bike. So to see real fitness improvements, start using the power meter to help you train smarter. We'll be holding four Power Testing Sessions throughout the year to enable you to discover your power training zones, so you can personalize your training to achieve maximum results. 

  • Wednesday 15 March 2017, 8.30am-9.15am
  • Thursday 18 May, 8.15pm-9pm
  • Wednesday 19 July, 8.30am-9.15am
  • Thursday 21 September, 8.15pm-9pm

The sessions are free for Life Zone members and the regular leisure card/non leisure card prices for holders and non-members.
