Group exercise classes

We offer a wide range of exercise classes throughout our leisure centres to suit all ages and abilities.

  • At the beginning of the class, please advise the instructor of any medical conditions, illnesses or injuries that may be affected by exercise
  • We also suggest you inform your instructor before the class starts if you are new to the class

  • Please make sure that you arrive on time for your class
  • Arriving 5 – 10 minutes early is ideal because the warm up at the start of the session is very important and should not be missed
  • You will not be allowed to join the class if you are late
  • If you book and then do not turn up for a class, a charge will apply
  • Further classes cannot be booked until any outstanding debts are paid.
