Kids Zone holiday programme

Our holiday activity programme is for children aged 4 to 16 years. We provide the perfect opportunity for your children to try out a range of activities, and make new friends.

If your child has a Leisurecard or membership, all of our holiday activities can be booked online here

This October half term (Monday 28 October - Friday 1 November) we will be holding the following activities:

These activities are priced as below:

1 Hour Session - £3 or £1.50 with a leisurecard

1.5 Hour Session - £4.50 or £2.25 with a leisurecard

(Leisurecards are £10 and last for a year. Leisurecards can be used for activities in all Wiltshire Council sites)

Fun games is an hour packed full of all of your favourite playground games; from classics like Stuck in the Mud and Dodgeball to brand news games like Hot Sand and Fox & Hounds

Racket Sports
Racket sports consists of tennis, table tennis and badminton. Your children can enjoy a full hour of fun coaching, skills and games

Football
Football is a session aimed at all abilities; whether your child has never kicked a ball before or they play every day of their life. It will be an hour filled with fun coaching, skills and games.

Football

Football session will include the best coaching to improve your childs skil and ability on the ball, culminating in a chance to show off their skills with a match at the end.

This is a session aimed to bring fitness and fun together - just how it should be! The circuits will consist of many different stations to help improve your childs running, jumping, throwing and catching skills, in a fun atmosphere with the best tunes.

Rounders is aimed at all skills and abilities. The session will be an hour packed with the best coaching to improve your childs skills, with a fun game to finish off the session.

Soft play session for under 5's held in either the Main hall or Nadder Hall. Including bouncy castles, hoops, bricks, see-saw, slide etc. Just £3 for non-members or £1.50 with a leisurecard

Discounts are available to young people in full time education. Ask in the centre, or pick up a discounts and savings leaflet for more information.

From the age of 16 young people can complete an induction to use the dual action pulley and free weights. This is charged at the standard rate.

Young people aged 14 to 15 years can use resistance machines after a further induction at no extra cost. 14 and 15 year olds can attend the gym outside of supervised sessions, as long as they are accompanied by an adult aged 17 years or over.

Young people are welcome in our gym from the age of 12. Once a junior induction has been completed young people aged 12 to 14 years can use the cardiovascular equipment during youth supervised sessions.

  • Gymnastics sessions work towards the British Gymnastics awards scheme.
  • *These activities are only suitable for children ages 4 that attend school.

All staff who supervise or coach children are police checked or have provided a satisfactory CRB disclosure, they are also trained to recognise signs of child abuse. The team will investigate changes in children’s behaviour and in accordance with the Children’s Act and local authority guidelines, liaise with outside agencies if abuse of any kind is suspected. We welcome children who are on the social services “at risk register” and provide support.

  • You must fill in registration documents before leaving your child.
  • You must sign children in before leaving and then sign them out when collected.
  • If you go over your time, an additional cost will be added to your next booking Payment must be made on the day.
  • Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation.
  • You must leave an emergency number and contact name.
  • If a child is unwell or appears to have an infection the supervisor will inform you that the child cannot be accepted.
  • Medication can only be administered with full written consent from you
