Swim Challenge 

If you swim regularly, want to swim regularly or simply want to swim with a purpose then our new Swim Challenge is the thing for you! Swim Challenge runs every two months and sets you a target for your swimming in that period.  

November / December 2017 is our third Swim Challenge - this time it's a speed challenge. Swim 100 ,etres in your fastest time possible choosing any stroke you want: 

  • Bronze - less than 3 minutes 30 seconds  
  • Silver - less than 2 minute 30 seconds  
  • Gold - less than 90 seconds

If you just swim lengths each time you come swimming give this a go!

Simply enter your name on the tracking sheet in site, record your progress and let us know when you've achieved one of the levels. We have giant certificates in site for you to have your photo taken with and we'll celebrate your achievement with you! 

Available at Calne, Devizes, Durrington, Five Rivers (Salisbury), Marlborough, Springfields (Corsham) and Tidworth

Relaxing quiet swim, for swimmers over 50 years of age.

Learn safe and effective water fitness exercises in a group supervised by a specialist instructor who will be there to support and motivate you through a 12 week session plan. Please talk with one of the Active Health instructors to find out how you can attend this session.

An aerobic session that combines both aqua jogging and aqua circuits exercises in the pool. Maintain and improve stamina, strength and suppleness as well as increase cardiovascular fitness. Suitable for people of all abilities as participants can work at a variety of levels.

An Instructor-led fitness class that targets people who are new to pool-based exercise and fitness. This session will target customers wishing to complete between 10 - 30 lengths to achieve their training goals.
