Pilates course information
Pilates is excellent for developing strong abdominal muscles, good posture and a healthy back. We run a number of different classes for different abilities.
Beginners (Level 1): A starter course for those who have not attended Pilates classes before or for people with limited experience.
Intermediates: A class for those who have completed a beginner’s course and are looking to progress further with more challenging levels of the Pilates methods.
