Wiltshire Libraries are, through Trowbridge Reference Library, part of the European Public Information Centre (EPIC) network. EPICs provide the general public with ready access to information on, and guides to, Europe and the European Union.
Library membership is required to borrow library items. Customers need to provide a form of identification, which includes name and current address. Temporary tickets can be issued for short-term visits. Use of reference items is open to all free of charge.
There is no charge for the provision of information. Where books are borrowed and kept overdue after the loan period of 3 weeks the charges are:

All Wiltshire libraries are open to the public. Membership is required for those wishing to borrow items or use Internet access.
