We spoke to Wiltshire's returning officer and council corporate director, Carlton Brand, about the importance of voting in the 4 May local elections and the simple process to register. Please click play on the video above to take a look.

Look out for two more videos coming soon on voting and what to expect on the day of the count.

With all 98 unitary seats up for election, as well all parish and town councils, the election in Wiltshire will be one of the biggest in the country. The polls will be open between 7am and 10pm on 4 May with the actual count and confirmation of results taking place throughout 5 May.
