Bradenstoke taxi buzz service

A flexible transport service for Bradenstoke and Dauntsey, offering door to door access for the general public using a taxi operating at bus fare rates to Lyneham for local services, or for onward bus journeys to Chippenham, Calne, Wootton Bassett or Swindon.

The Bradenstoke taxi buzz service is a flexible service that can be booked between any of the following villages or from these villages to Lynham Green:

• Dauntsey St James
• Dauntsey Lock
• Bradenstoke including Bungalow Park
• Church Park
• Lillybrook.

The service has arrival and departure times that offer journey opportunities to Lynham Green and these are designed to connect with Stagecoach service 55.

The service runs every Monday to Saturday. (There is no service on Sundays or Bank Holidays)

Guidance

• All journeys before 9am must be booked by 3pm the day before travel. If you intend to travel on Monday morning, you should book your journey no later than 3pm on the Saturday before you travel.
• All journeys that run after 9am can be booked a minimum of 2 hours before that time on the same day of travel. The service will not operate if no bookings are received.
• You may be required to share your taxi with other users travelling to or from Lyneham Green and where possible the taxi will collect you and drop you to your door.
• Charges for the service are as close to normal bus fares as possible.
• The taxi service is wheelchair accessible and can carry up to 8 people or 5 seated people plus 2 wheelchair users.
• Bookings for the service must be made by calling 08456 525255 Option 8 followed by Option 3.
