The Connect2Wiltshire service provides a door to door service across much of the west of Wiltshire to help people access the Royal United Hospital in Bath.

You can use the connect2 RUH to:

• Go to the hospital for an appointment
• Visit relatives or friends who are at the hospital
• Accompany a relative or friend to their hospital appointment
• Travel to work at the hospital

The area that the service covers includes:

• Chapmanslade
• Corsham
• Freshford
• Lacock
• Limpley Stoke
• Little Cheverell
• Melksham
• Monkton Coombe
• Monkton Farleigh
• Seend
• Semington
• Southwick
• Steeple Ashton
• Trowbridge
• Upton Scudamore
• Warminster
• Westbury
• Westwood
• Winsley

Guidance

• The Connect2 RUH services operates from 6:30am Monday to Friday and has hourly arrivals at the hospital from 7:20am until 5:20pm and hourly departures from the hospital from 7:30pm until 5:30pm when booked.
• The Connect2 RUH service carries pre-booked passengers only and all bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance of travel.  You can make a block of regular bookings for the service, simply contact the booking line and explain your requirements.
• You may be required to share the Connect2 RUH vehicle with other users travelling to or from the RUH and the connect2 service will collect you and drop you to your door.
• Charges for the service vary with distance travelled and range from £5 to £14.60 for a return fare.
• Anyone aged over 60 or disabled and who has a valid Wiltshire & Swindon FREE bus pass can use the Connect2 RUH service for £5 single or £6.50 return.
• The Connect2 RUH service is wheelchair accessible and can carry up eight people.
• Bookings for the service must be made by calling 08456 525255, Option 2, Monday to Friday between 08:30am and 05:30pm.
