About this service
We provide public transport timetable and route information to the public for services operating in the County.
This page is to help you plan your journey by public transport. If you want copies of timetable books or leaflets see Transport - timetable information.
Plan your journey by phone
Telephone traveline on 0871 200 22 33. Calls from landlines cost 10p per minute. Calls are answered from 7.00am until 10.00pm every day except Christmas day. Traveline is also available nationally by Minicom on 0870 241 2216.
Plan your journey online
Use Transport Direct to plan door to door journeys anywhere in the UK.
Alternatively you can use the traveline website, which also allows you to look at and download timetables.
If you only want to use trains, or you want to check if your train is on time, you can use National Rail Enquiries.
Note that the online journey planners do not include details of flexibly routed services such as Connect2Wiltshire. To see if any of these operate in your area, see Flexible bus and taxibus services.

If you wish to report a problem with a bus service in Wiltshire please ring 01225 718080. Note this number should only be used to report problems and not for general timetable enquiries. Alternatively, passengers can email us at buses@wiltshire.gov.uk.
