Pavements stolen slabs
About this service
Theft of paving stones is extremely rare. Missing slabs are potentially hazardous to all of us and so we will seek to reinstate the affected area very quickly. If it is not possible to match the missing slabs, another material may be used. The key priority is the safety of the path, for it's users.
Personal injury
Any hazard in the highway (road or pavement) caused as a result of an accident, damage or vandalism may be considered a risk to the public and could result in personal injury to pedestrians, road users or possible damage to property.
CLARENCE (an acronym for Customer Lighting And Roads Enquiry Centre) is a Wiltshire Council provided service centre set up to allow you to quickly and easily report road and lighting defects and hazards.
If you see an area of missing slabs, in any Footway or Pavement the Council would like to know about it. Please report it to CLARENCE, and the site will be promptly inspected by a technician and any necessary action taken.
